Terms and Conditions — Investment Listing Service Vertical Farming Blog / Kirpeit IT Solutions Last updated: June 2026
1. Service Description Vertical Farming Blog (“we”, “us”) operates an information directory for vertical farming and CEA companies seeking investment. We provide a listing page where startups can present themselves to potential investors. We are not a financial intermediary, broker, investment advisor or fundraising platform.
2. What we offer A public listing on verticalfarming.blog including company name, description, funding stage, contact link and tags. Listing duration is 12 months from the date of payment. Renewal is required annually at the then-current rate.
3. What we do not offer We do not facilitate, process or receive investment funds. We do not introduce investors to startups, provide due diligence, verify financial claims or guarantee any investment outcome. All communication between startups and investors happens independently and outside our platform.
4. Listing fee The annual listing fee is €30 (incl. VAT where applicable). Payment is due before the listing goes live. No refunds are issued after a listing has been published.
5. Qualification and approval Submission of the application form does not guarantee a listing. We reserve the right to reject any application without stating reasons, in particular if the company does not operate in the vertical farming, CEA, hydroponics or related AgTech space, if the information provided appears inaccurate or misleading, or if the listing would conflict with our editorial standards.
6. Accuracy of information You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. By submitting the form you confirm that the information is truthful and up to date. We are not liable for any decisions made by third parties based on your listing.
7. Removal We reserve the right to remove a listing at any time if information is found to be inaccurate, misleading or in breach of these terms. In such cases no refund will be issued.
8. Liability Vertical Farming Blog provides this directory as an information service only. We accept no liability for investment decisions, losses or damages arising from information published on this page.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
